Movement Shooter Prototype

During my own free time, I started working on a prototype for a fast-paced FPS.

Powered by Unity 5's physics engine, my movement system includes a double jump, a dash, a grappling hook, sliding, wall running, and even surfing (like in CS:GO).

When the player is airborne, the momentum they gain is preserved for their next action. This means that, up to a certain point, the player can move faster and faster by chaining movement actions together.


The system is complete with particle effects and camera shakes to enhance the feeling of speed, as well as small weapon animations for shooting, reloading, and inspecting.
